Customer Information

The company was established in 2005 and has extensive experience in industrial filtration and spare parts (bearings). In 2018, they wishing to give a new dimension to its activities in the industrial sector, a new conveyor belt processing production line was born. Establishing a new conveyor belt production line is an important step in the development strategy. With a large amount of materials, manpower and high-quality conveyor belt joint equipment, it can provide quality services to local customers. In the end they decided to find a supplier in China.

The customer first inquiry in 14th, August, 2020

It is worth mentioning that the customer’s brother happened to be in China.

He asked us if they could visit our factory and provide inspection when the goods were completed. The answer was Yes!

In the end they decided that his brother and his partner in China came to our factory together.

Since Algeria’s import payment method requires L/C, we have been waiting for customers to issue L/C for us.

Finally, we confirm the order on 28th October, 2020!

All the goods are ready to ship on 27th November, 2020.

According to our agreement, they will come to our factory for inspection when the goods are ready.

After they came to the factory, they carried out the shipment, and they were very satisfied with all the goods.
